"It was all very sharp and clean and mostly seemed new, likely a renovation of an older hotel. But in my case, the toilet was very loose (the hotel said no maintenance was on site that evening and rooms were full so nothing could be done) and the barn door for the restrooms just did not work for our little kids. I get that it's a millennial aesthetic, but it just didn't work. Anytime one of the kids needed the restroom, we had to slide open and close the door. It was also not see-thru but definitely semi-opaque so that light (even middle of the night bathroom breaks) lit up everything. Just some weird choices in layout. The switches around the room also didn't really make sense to me. That said, the breakfast was good (lobby TVs were very loud on the news though) and like I said, everything seemed clean enough. Nice shower head, but the door couldn't close fully so the water went everywhere."

"The bed was the highlight for me.. was firm and dreamy, it made for a wonderful night. Aside from that i believe it was a bang for every buck spent.... clean enough, the essentials from microwave, to coffee and clean white towels. The staff were very helpful.. and there was ample parking.. least i forget there was a security car going around in an unmarked car ensuring property was safe in the premises. I was impressed."

" Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem. I said no, I was just annoyed because the person I spoke to was gonna get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed for me and then left for the day. Anyway, not rocket science, but I asked them to move us to a different room which they were able to do… so not a total loss, but a glitch they should have handled better than that. We won’t be back. "

"Room stank of mildew no opening window Breakfast was substandard Overpriced king room Old tv couldn't plug in media stick without forcing the tv out and guessing where the HDMI was Received a text to make sure I was ok I sent a text for extra pillow and blanket. Never got them Carpet in room smelt like urine or something nasty perhaps just wet underneath from the weird ac unit Owner may apology blah blah Put your money where your mouth is . An apology wont. Get my 200 back or take Way the disappointment. The photos are very deceiving. Ugly brown decor all over the room Mattress was gone on edges Toilet was a hassle to flush"
