"This hotel is wonderful. It is clean and quiet. Everything we used worked no issues. Staff very friendly. Dog welcome and the fee is reasonable compared to other places. Will stay there again!"

"Great hotel, near to universal"

"There were stains on the bed sheets as well as what appeared to be blood stains on the bathroom wall, the microwave did not spin or properly work and when we tried to call front desk no one answered, we had to contact the operator for a plumping issue and no one came for almost 2 hours."

"The poolside cantina was awesome! My husband, our kids and I all enjoyed a low key but amazing dinner by the pool with yummy drinks! The bartender was great and even changed the channel of the poolside tv’s so he could watch a bball game he had been looking forward to seeing. Great atmosphere! "

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. Clean rooms, convenient location and nice to have dining options within hotel."

"It was decently clean although, they provide no hand soap in the bathrooms and it was super hard for us and other guests to get extra towels. My biggest issue is the level of communication. I reached out to the call center and the location specifically for two days straight and the call center just leaves you on hold and the actual location routes to just hung up on you. I then, also send a text msg to which I never got a reply. So, if you need to change your plans or anything like that, don’t rely on this place, otherwise a decent stay at a decent cost."
