"It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean."

"The cottage (actually an apartment to the rear of the main house) was clean, uniquely decorated and comfortable. It worked out great for two couples. It was really nice to have the kitchenette. We had questions a couple times and Frank responded quickly. The only thing that is a tad misleading is the price per night. Definitely check the figure that includes the fees (housekeeping and booking) which in our case doubled the amount. That being said, it was still a good value. We would stay here...

Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen."

It's nice that there's a kitchen with the basic necessities and a lovely screened front porch to sit and relax. It's a great location close to downtown restaurants and shops.
