The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions for where to eat and how to get around Ghent. As a bonus, the hotel cocktail bar (The Cobbler) was one of our favorite spots of the trip."

"Everything was great! We didn’t eat at the restaurants nor use the spa. Our room was amazing! We were upgraded to a junior suite. Everything is immaculate. The hotel was conveniently located to all major sightseeing locations. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Great stay! Highly recommend!"

"This was our favourite hotel during our three week stay in Europe. Friendly staff, clean room, centrally located. Being on the canal it could sometimes be loud from street noise but the hotel was fairly sound proof."
