"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue we encountered was with the ironing board. It was not in good condition and kept collapsing when any pressure was applied to the board. Reported to Santiago upon check out. Also, Santiago was very nice and pleasant during the check-in process. "

"Staff (especially Pam!) were wonderful. Clean and great breakfast. Only downside was the shuttle schedule to bush gardens just changed from daily to only on the weekend. The shuttle is a big reason why we had picked to return to this hotel. (and do every year) I'm hoping the owner reconsiders this change. (please!) Grateful for a smooth stay overall, and a wonderful team there. "
