Lovely apartment. Easy check in and short walk to the apartment. Restaurants and stores within a short walk. Apartment had everything we needed! Highly recommend.
High Quality , I'm even considering using its interior design for the house I buy in Taiwan in the future; it offers high value for money for a four-person room.
Highly recommended
Wonderful apartment, a little tight for four, but very functional. It seems newly updated with Bosch appliances. Super nice kitchen and bathroom. Beds are comfortable as well. Location is great, near the river, supermarket, restaurants, and train station. You may see Matterhorn in 2 min walk. Great stay, thank you!
Great location. Be aware of the late and difficult checkin process as you have to walk to a different hotel a bit far to checkin.

Well located close to everything. 1 minute to bus stop. Easy walk to train station, Coop and restaurants. Managed by a larger resort nearby. It actually exceeded expectations.

It’s walkable to the train station, to the grocery store and to Zermatt city center. The apartment is nice, equipped with appliances, clean and spacious. It’s old fashioned but very cute.

This suite was super cute and large with outdoor seating on the balcony. Had a full kitchenette with pots and dishes. Grocery store 3 blocks away. Beautiful bathroom. Close to everything.

This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass.

Expensive. Nice clean and comfortable. Large window walking distance to Rail Station. The entire village is a cozy living. In the night the view of the outside is beautiful. A small mountain village resort. This development can be experienced step-by-step in Zermatt.
The hotel is close to Zermatt railway station, only 5 minute walk. For checking in, you need to go to Alpen Resort and Spa. It is around 10 minute walk from the station. You can drop off your luggage in the Alpen Resort but not at Le Perle. The size of the room is big and it is clean. There are many supermarkets and you can cook. The area is very busy and lots of restaurant. The hotel is very close to Gornergrat Cogwheel train. It is also easy if you want to go to Matterhorne Glacier Paradise, take the 571 bus from the front of the Zermatt train station to the Gondola ride Matterhorne Express.

My mom and I traveled across Europe for almost a month, and this was by far our favorite accommodation.
The property is in excellent condition and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and Zermatt’s gondola rides to all major attractions. Dining options and grocery stores are also close by.
The room is incredibly spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy mini living room. It also has a relaxing patio with views of pine trees and the charming neighborhood.
The space is furnished with high-end furniture, modern appliances, and a state-of-the-art television. We truly felt at home and loved the surroundings. We can’t wait to return with our family for another stay.

Drunken Millennials ruin your sleep
The apartment is good. The location is convenient. The issue is that the apartment building is located on a main cross street, which is busy with EV traffic during the day and night. The EVs are every bit as noisy as an ICE vehicle. The worse part is late at night and early in the morning, there is a steady stream of loud inebriated millennials carrying on in the street. Some walk by and some linger. It is impossible to sleep through their noise because you need to leave the windows open in order to keep the room from overheating as there is no AC. Our next stay will be to a less traveled section of town.

This apartment was very nice, and the pictures don't do it justice. There was quite a bit of space here, with one large bed (connected twin beds) in the bedroom, and two adjoining Murphy beds in the living room. The beds and bedding were excellent; I made a note of the brand so I could look for those later.
The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware.
There are actually two balconies; one facing the street and accessible from the living room, and a private balcony that is accessed from the bedroom.
Since you can't drive to Zermatt, you take the train. The apartment is a few blocks from the train station; the check-in hotel is a couple of blocks beyond the apartment. There is a grocery store at the turnoff from the main road, so not far.

Excellent property!! Great hospitality and accommodating.
The room was the highlight of Zermatt. Checking in at the sister hotel was not very far to walk and they key your luggage in a locked room if you arrive early. While the outside of the apartment building might fool you, the room was beautiful, bright and redone with all touches of the Matterhorn. Nice small kitchen. The only negative barely worth noting is the bathtub/shower ledge is quite high so it might be a little hard for an elderly person to maneuver in and out of it without help. Zermatt was under construction & I mean all of it so the “car free” town felt like you were about to get ran over with every step by little work trucks and such zooming down alleys & the main road. Loved the room just picked the wrong time to visit.
Although Expedia’s listing stated "No elevators," this information is incorrect. There is an elevator on the premises, so you can stay with peace of mind. We booked a "Studio" type room; it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people. Since the room is equipped with a kitchen, dishes, cutlery, a microwave, and a refrigerator, it is well-suited for extended stays. The property is also conveniently located close to the train station—within easy walking distance, even while pushing luggage. Check-in takes place at their partner hotel, the Alpen Resort & Spa. If you happen to arrive early, the Alpen Resort & Spa staff will happily store your luggage for you. There is a grocery store nearby, and the Gornergrat station is also close by. Furthermore, the property is situated near the riverside path—a spot widely regarded as offering "the best views of the Matterhorn from Zermatt"—making it an ideal location for admiring the iconic peak as it glows in the light of both sunset and sunrise.
