"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s very close to train station, stores and restaurants. You can walk 10 minutes to see Matterhorn from village. The apartment that we got is at 3rd floor so we have to lift our luggage up. No storage space to hold your luggage after you check out but you can leave your luggage at the basement where is an open space, no locker or door to keep your items safe. You also can store luggages at locker room at train station which offer different size of locker. Please note that we have to pay taxes...

"The staff were lovely...they were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The bed and pillow were the best we have stayed in these last 3 weeks. We have travelled ftom Andalusia and all through Switzerland and this was the most comfortable. The breakfast was second to none....sooooooo much to choose from. Only one issue was a smell coming from the shower drain. Oh well!!!"
