We just needed the basics, bed and bathroom. If you are looking for a refrigerator or coffee maker in your room, you won't get it. It is located right in the center of town, which was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep after hiking all day.

Came to Zermatt for the first time, staff were so friendly and accommodating. They provided us information on best places to eat and to see. We arrived with our pram & 2 suitcases, staff were very helpful in helping us get to our room. The views from the hotel are amazing.

Amazing place!

Amazing stay! Hotel team was very receptive and helped in everything even prior arriving. The room was very cozy and comfortable and the hotel was closer from everything. The breakfast also was really good and was served in front of the hotel. We will stay again when we return. Amazing experience there

Very nice hotel, very well located

Really nice hotel in Zermatt. The service was great since the check in moment, room was big, clean and huge bathroom, views are amazing. On top of that the breakfast room has really nice views as well as good food. I will come back
