Staff is really welcoming and the hotel is comfortable and cozy. The rooms are cleans spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Really enjoyed my stay there. Everything is within walking distance and they offer transportation to the train station. The breakfast is really good and the staff friendly can’t recommend enough.

Hotel location is great, easy walk to bridge with photography view of the Matterhorn. Also, walkable to shops and dining places, walkable to Cable cars to Gonergraut and Matterhorn. Great walking trail on high ground near to hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and ready to provide assistance and help. The warm heated swimming pool and steam and sauna spa were good.

Great mountain get away

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel: staff was always super nice, since picking us up from the train station until dropping us off the day we left. We liked the bedroom and the view and enjoyed seeing all the different ways the Matterhorn looks during the day. The pool was also nice. Location is great, both in Summer and in Winter, because it sits about halfway between the lifts to go up to the mountain. It has plenty of restaurants nearby, but our room was very quiet.

Fantastic hotel in Zermatt!

There is a pickup-delivery service to main train stations. Which is very convenient. Good location, all the staffs were so friendly and helpful , very clean and tidy, up to date rooms with views, well designed, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, at an affordable price. Wellness' facilities are top level, with a great pool and spa. Very highly recommended!!

Travelling from the US with 10 year old daughter for skiing in late december. The Matterhorn view was incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped pick the right lifts and runs based on skill level. Very convenient ski room for gear. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Between the two main lifts. Overall 10/10, but i wish they would take amex. We took a taxi to the lifts because the walk is maybe 7 minutes in boots and we aren't used to that yet, but the taxi was always fast and the front desk called for us.

Could not have had a better experience at the Hotel Eden Wellness, and would recommend to anyone visiting Zermatt. The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Moreover, the room was perfectly setup for skiing, with places and shelving to store dirty shoes, wet jackets and gloves, and all sorts of other items. Finally, and best of all, the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a greaty stay. They even packed us a small "to go lunch" when they found out we'd be checking out for an early train on our last day.

the hotel has a good location, is a cute hotel but the bed made me have back pain gor weeks! I think is the worst bed I ever laid down!!! I understand that is not USA, but come on! europe can buy good beds and towels in China or anywhere!!! the towel as well is soooo badd!

I had a great experience in Zermatt and this was a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden. Upon reaching the train station, there is a free call to the hotel and I was quickly picked up. My room was with the Mountain View and it was well worth it. The room is clean and with essential amenities provided. Warm bathroom tiles and good quality toilet paper is much appreciated. Tamara made my arrival warmly welcomed and helped sort out some issues with my payment due to Amex. Appreciate her patience and warm care. From the hotel, it’s a 15 min walk to the Matterhorn cable station. Convenient and manageable. There are restaurants and a small bakery nearby - so good when I needed some hot food and drink. There is a spacious indoor pool downstairs too. Overall, very good accommodation, accommodation and location.

Hotel Eden was very central in the town of Zermatt. All the employees at Hotel Eden were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Rooms were clean. The pool and spa amenities were also great after a long day of hiking.
