Great spot, convenient location: close to train station and village. Some of the balconies have perfect views of the Matterhorn on a clear day. The rooms are clean, cozy and simple. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was opposite the station but down a little walkway and right beside the Gornergrat Railway which was great for exploring the Matterhorn. The bus stop to the Matterhorn Express was right beside the little walkway. The position of the hotel meant it was quiet but it was a very short walk to the town. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a great breakfast available. Every member of staff I met was helpful and friendly. A really lovely stay I would not hesitate to book this hotel again if I were to visit Zermatt.

We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. The hotel was clean, cute and close to the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent too. I would love to book this hotel again if and when we visit Zermatt again.

Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by Diana. The room was comfortable and spacious. It had a view of the Matterhorn! It is conveniently located next to the train station and other sights.
