"Too expensive for what was actually received with a lot of hidden fees and costs not mentioned in booking (including a tourist fee). The gym is not on site even though it is mentioned in the booking. As a solo traveler, I felt judged multiple times by the staff especially during check in by the front desk receptionist who mainly appeared annoyed I was bothering her when she seemed about to get off her shift (I was asked if I was staying here many more times than the average group of visitors...

"We arrived at the hotel and everything looked fine at first—until we entered our room. Instead of proper beds, we found a broken air mattress and a small bent metal folding bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. The owner insisted that this room was an “upgrade.” After we complained, he moved us to another room, but that one didn’t even have a private bathroom or shower, which was not what we had booked.
