"A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. "This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at in China! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They dropped us off and picked us up from Tianmen Mountain, and woke up early to drop us off at the train station. We are SO thankful for all of their help and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. They also have the cutest cats ever and their dinner is so good!! I highly recommend staying here, you will find the BEST and most caring staff."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. It is also directly opposite the Tianmen Cableway area and the shuttle bus stops, making it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. There were very few options suitable for Western guests, and the breakfast room itself felt rather sad and uninviting."

"A very relaxing stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were huge and extremely modern. We were a family of 3 and we had so much space. There is a small pool at the rear of the property, which is really nice to chill in after a long day in the mountains. There's an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor which very nice, and we'll priced for the quality. A brilliant stay, thank you!"

"The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. The property itself is well maintained though quite old and main drawbacks is the fact that the property itself is old as well as the fact that people smoke within and outside the premises. This makes for a poorer experience otherwise I will give it 5 stars."

"The owners went above and beyond for us. Echo showed us to breakfast and was available to answer questions. Our plane was 3 hours delayed and the owner picked us up at 1:00 AM! Room was cool and situated in an easy place. The were so helpful and would recommend to any Americans traveling China."
