"I stayed at 2 rooms: 1 basic room on the 9th floor and 1 terrace room on the 14th floor. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. The bathroom is also very high tech: the toilet lid opens/closes/flushes automatically, and has a bidet function. I deducted a star because of 3 reasons. It will take some time for the staff to provide a room card, even if you have a room reservation. Likely 10+ minutes. The rooms smelled ok, but the lobby and hallway had a sulfur smell. I also had very little wifi connection while staying in the more expensive terrace room on the 14th(?) floor. I don't remember the exact floor number, but it was the second highest floor. I had to use my own cellular data to browse online. Aside from these, I had a clean and comfortable stay. For those eating at the breakfast buffet, I reccomend trying their tasty xiaolongbao!"
