So glad we picked this hotel. Not sure how it was for other rooms but my friends and I had the big executive room which ended up being the perfect hotel stay for us. The place was very clean, smoke free and had all the amenities that we wanted. Would book the same hotel again if the other rooms were like the same.

The rooms were very nice indeed. Very clean. And truly non-smoking which was wonderful. The only issue we had is the hotel's inability to communicate via email. The staff worked hard to help us with arrangements and that was great too.

We enjoyed our visit to the Shangri-la very much. The staff upgraded our two rooms to a family suite which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel was clean and situated in a perfect location. We enjoyed the lounge for happy hour and the breakfast had an endless selection of foods from all over the world.
