"The room was clean, the staff was extremely accommodating, and the atmosphere of the hotel was just so cool. There are plenty of things to do within the hotel such as a very nice 24-gym, pool table & ping pong tables, Starbuck, office space(s), and plenty of places to just hang out. The location is near a mall, water, and plenty of places to eat. Let's go back to the staff, they were superb! I wish I knew all of their names, but Sun, Addison, Mia, Frank, and Team went above and beyond to make sure I was take care of. I speak zero Chinese, but they made sure I could get to all of my appointments, awoke on time, and got the things I needed (even outside the hotel). At one point I was lost in the city, i called the staff and they sent a taxi to pick me up. I have nothing, but great things to say about Canopy at Jinsha Lake. I will return there soon."

"Great location and clean property! We loved being able to walk right into Wuzhen town for sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. My kids had a blast here. The only downsides were bathroom drain issue that leaked slightly, but room service came to fix it promptly after we called. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it!"

"A beautiful hotel with a huge lobby, located perfectly inside Wuhzen near the old town. Very comfortable stay with a beautiful gym and a huge indoor swimming pool, perfect for a short stay to visit the incredible water town of Wuzhen !"

"The design of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The room is functional. We got a loft twin room. If you like taking steps, it is a nice choice to pick. Breakfast is good. Staff are great. Special shout out to Luna (san bai 三白). While we were touring the premises and chance upon the bar, she came forward to greet us and chat with us. Knowing we just check-in, she asked and offered to show us around. She was actually busy tending to the bar, upkeeping the bar cleaniness when there is no guest. Thus, we were so glad with her initiation and delightful accepted her offer. She brought us to various part of the hotel and shared with us the services and products offered there. Our dinner choice for the evening at 似水（Si Shui）was actually attributed to her recommedation. Here, we like to also express our compliments to the tea lady and the server (with a little hunch back) for doing their job with exceptional thoughtfulness and knowledge. We felt really taken care of us at the dinner by them. improvements feedback. Power sockets are impractical. Some adaptor cannot fit in that narrow space. Bath towels are not absorbent. I would recommend some improvements at Check-in too. Never forget to note what guests has made in their requests and managed them at this stage. An overlook on this undermines the experience. We also spend some time at your swimming pool. The lady lifeguard on duty is attentive and alert. Oh... i don't patronise bar. We did that night. Is not hard to guess why."

"Great location. Rooms are well decorated, modern, and comfortable. Nice bathroom with great shower. Beds are comfy. Staff super nice even if they cannot speak English. We had a great time! "
