"Ett trevligt hotell till ett mycket fördelaktigt pris! Vårt rum var en svit, med mycket gott om plats. På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable. "
