"The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the room was beautiful. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of choices and very good quality. There are plenty of activities available throughout the day, from morning to evening, although it’s hard to enjoy them all if you’re only staying for one night. The swimming facilities are fantastic, with not only a swimming pool but also hot baths, a jet bath, and a sauna. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The only small downside was that communication could sometimes be a little challenging, as not all staff members speak English fluently. One tip for your stay: don’t forget to bring your swimwear and swimming cap so you can enjoy the pool facilities! Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great food and excellent facilities. I’d definitely recommend staying for more than one night to make the most of everything it has to offer."

"The two of us got a huge room with two king size beds! The buffet dinner and breakfast were both amazing, large selections of both asian and western cuisine. The hotel has an observation area for sunset and star gazing. In the morning, there is a shuttle to bring you to the sunrise train. I definitely recommend this hotel for anything visiting Alishan."

"We had an amazing 2 night stay. The staff was kind and communicated clearly before and during the stay on lots of ways to make our trip to Sun Moon Lake amazing. Room was extremely comfortable (high quality bed) and spacious. Location is excellent as well. Finally, I highly recommend the sunrise bike tour. Very informative about the history of the area and so beautiful. Highly recommend"

"Large, clean room and building, good breakfast, very convinent to the siteseeing spots and train station in walking distances. I appreciate the cleaning and replacing towels every day. However, for guests like us to stay for 3 nights, I feel it's a waste to replace towels everyday unless requested. Some hotels do notice for guests: if the towels are on the hook or hanging, they don't need to be replaced. If they are on the floor, they need to be replaced with clean ones. Some hotels with the "do not disturb" sign. If the sign is on, it means no need to clean besides they may be inside the rooms. But your "don't disturb" sign only is on when guest is inside. When guests are out with the key out of the room, the sign is off."
