"First of all, the flat has everything what is needed for a good skiing weekend. There 3 rooms with plenty of space, kitchen is quite equipped, beds are good any hosts are very nice. Important thing to mention, flat is high in mountains what gives you breathtaking view but even for each dinner you need to drive a while. This is a bit nasty. around the house is nothing to do, if weather is bad or you cannot Ski. So take playstation or some table games to spent the time in the evening. It was nice...

"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, war sehr sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt auf 900 m höche und hat super Ausblick auf das Tal und die Berge. Die Anfahrt ist an manchen Stellen steil. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Die frischen Eier waren sehr lecker. Rund um ein toller Wanderurlaub. Cons: Ein Vitilator wäre nicht schlecht, da man die Fenster wegen den Fliegen nicht lange öffnen konnte."

Die beiden Balkone, mit je einem Tisch und Stühlen, mit Hornblick und auf den Wilden Kaiser waren für uns abends wunderschön und sehr wertvoll. Dazu schätzten wir die grosse Freiheit und die optimale Lage zwischen Wildem Kaiser und Region Kitzbühel und St. Johann zum wandern sehr❤️ Daher hinterliessen wir diese Ferienwohnung noch so gerne wieder...

"The property was tastefully furnished in a quiet area but only a 3 minute walk to the closet gondola and 10 minutes to the old town. The hosts, Hansi and Ilona were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They had stocked the apartment with so many amenities before we arrived including coffee, tea, jams, wine, beer, etc. Every morning Ilona brought us fresh breakfast rolls from the bakery. "Absolutely beautiful mountain views with a truly authentic Austrian feel! We arrived in late September and woke up to the cow bells, green fields, foliage, apple trees, and snow capped mountains! The home was very spacious with 5 bedrooms and a fun game room for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked. A few things to be noted: the owner speaks only German so we were unable to communicate directly with him, only through his daughter who spoke some English. Towels and washcloths are an extra fee, 5 euro a set. There is no washing and dryer, so be prepared to do your laundry at a local camping ground or not at all. The drive up to the house is a bit scary if you aren't used to mountain driving, one lane roads with no guardrails in some places. The WIFI was very spotty and we ended up using a hotspot. Overall, it was an amazing experience but there was a little bit of a learning curve for us as Americans! "
