Solid, thatched country house villa with its own small sauna house in a first-class and quiet location. The villa consists of 2 halves, each with an approximately 240 square meter, enclosed garden / nature property. It lies in a cul-de-sac so that no through traffic can occur. Things are a little more lively in the main and shopping streets of Zingst; Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants and cafés as well as shopping opportunities for fashion and handicrafts

In diesem Ferienhaus ist alles da, was man zum Urlauben benötigt. Tolle Lage! Abseits der Straße und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Meer.

Urlaub mit 3 Erwachsenen

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Check in hat super geklappt. Die Sauna haben wir genossen. Einzig, ein Nachbar, der wohl Probleme mit Urlaubern hat ,hat uns unbegründet beschimpft. Man darf sich dann nichts gefallen lassen. Dies ist aber kein Grund ,das Haus schlechter zu bewerten,

Das Haus ist ein Träumchen. Tolle Lage mit uneinsehbarem Garten, Sauna und viel Ruhe. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundherum pudelwohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Ruhige gute Urlaubslage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und fußläufig zum Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Da braucht man vor Ort kein Auto bewegen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist einfach und schnell. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Lage

Das Haus liegt in Gehweite zum Strand und zur Seebrücke und trotzdem ruhig. Auch der nächste Spielplatz ist sehr nah und super für alle Altersklassen. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Einziger Negativpunkt ist vielleicht, dass es nicht viel Stauraum für eigene Sachen/Einkäufe gibt. In jedem Raum gab es mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter, was bei den vielen Mücken wirklich super war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, Antworten kamen schnell.

Sommerurlaub in Zingst

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist 500 m entfernt. Man kann einfach mit dem Fahrrad in den Ort fahren oder auch laufen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung. Die Sauna ist eine wunderbare Ergänzung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit Sauna, Kamin und allem, was dazugehört. Für uns war es ein toller (erster und bestimmt nicht der letzte) Urlaub über Weihnachten und die Feiertage. Dankeschön.

Tolles Haus in dem nichts fehlt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung, es ist alles da….endlich mal genug Geschirr und Gläser. Tee, Gewürze, Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier. Alles da. Sehr schön ist auch der abgetrennten Bereich zum Schlafzimmer oben mit eigener Tür und eigenem Bad. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat ist, dass scheinbar Vormieter in dem Haus mal geraucht haben.

Tolles Haus unweit zum Strand!

Rosenberg in Zingst ist grundsätzlich eine Top-Adresse, wenn man die Nähe zum Strand bevorzugt. Dieses gepflegte Haus wertet das Paket ungemein auf. Super Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder. Sehr hell gehalten im regionalen Stil. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch was die Gesamtausstattung betrifft.

Schönes Ferienhaus - zentral gelegen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber gewesen. Ein paar kleine Mängel gibt es aber auch - das WELAN im Handy fällt immer wieder aus, so dass man am Besten in die Nähe des Routers geht. Das Parken mit 2 Autos erweist sich als umständlich, da beide Parkplätze hintereinander liegen und sich direkt an den Müllboxen (auch für die 2. Haushälterin die Entsorgung) befinden. Im hinteren Nachbargarten gibt es Hühner und einen Hahn, da ist immer etwas los ....

Ruhe und Geschiche

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte im ruhigeren Teil von Zingst. Fahrradverleih direkt vor der Haustüre. Man kann hier direkt vom Haus auf den Deich und von Dort viele Kilometer Radeln. Nah am Strand, an den ältere Kinder auch alleine gehen können. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage.

Perfekt, alles was man braucht ist da, schöne Sauna, angenehmer kleiner Garten

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht. Sauna, drei Duschen, drei WCs, mehr als ausreichend an Geschirr. Gute Auto- und Fahrradabstellmöglichkeuten. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Es hat uns, die wir zu fünft gereist sind gut gefallen. Besten Dank an den Gastgeber.

Großartiger Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (4,8,10) hatten trotz regnerischem Wetter einen großartigen Urlaub, in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Für uns perfekt aufgeteilt, mit allem was man für einen tollen Urlaub brauch ausgestattet. Sauna, Kamin, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Fahrradschuppen, Carport. Alles Bestens, wir kommen gern wieder.
