Schönes modernes Haus in guter Lage mit kleinem Garten.

Pros: Neuwertige Ausstattung mit mehreren Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Kleine Sauna für 2 Personen und Gaskamin. Cons: Keine übersichtliche Anleitung zur Bedienung Sauna- und Kaminsteuerung (mussten mühsam die komplette Bedienungsanleitung lesen bzw. zum Gaskamin im Internet recherchieren). WLAN teilweise mit Abbrüchen/schwacher Datenrate, z.B. bei der Nutzung von Netflix od. Amazon Prime. Keine Info zur elektrischen Beschattung an allen Fenstern. Der vertikale Sonnenschutz macht sowohl bei Windstille als auch Wind was er will. Mal gehen die Rollos nach 5 Minuten oder zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten an benachbarten Fenstern hoch, mal nach 15/20 oder 30 Minuten, daher bei Abwesenheit teilweise sehr aufgeheizter Wohnraum. Abends im Wohnzimmer kein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn möglich, da Sonnenschutz wie beschrieben nur kurze Zeit unten bleibt. Keinerlei Dekoration/Bilder vorhanden - sollte man bei Bedarf mitbringen, falls man es nicht so steril mag.
