These beautiful lovingly and exclusively furnished DHH offer everything your heart desires to spend a carefree holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of them with an adjoining (free) sauna and a fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen. 2 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's. In each room 1 window is provided with insect screens. There is a washing machine available in the utility room free of charge. The house is located in a quiet, small complex, just a few minutes from the beautiful sandy beach, which offers families plenty of space for activities in the summer and attracts those seeking peace, in autumn and winter, for long walks. The large terrace is equipped with an electric. Awning equipped. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning with lively birdsong. On the lawn you will find a shady spot or a sun lounger. For the evening BBQ provides a gas fireplace. Fixed additional services: • Final cleaning: 150 € once • Deposit: 100 € • Service charge: 18 € once Beds (sheets) and 1 set of towels (bath towel + towel) per person included
