Welcome to your home port for the next few days. Come on, put your vehicle in the parking lot no. 4 and enter our little holiday oasis.
Shopping, strolling to the beach, cafes, restaurants and cinema are within easy walking distance and so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer on the terrace in the evening sun. In our apartment on the ground floor with terrace you are guaranteed to feel well. It has 2 rooms, shower room and is ideal for 2 + 1 persons. It is senior-friendly, family-friendly and barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available. The apartment has a parking space on the barred off with yard area, a shared bicycle storage and a laundry room with laundromat and dryer in the basement. Your home port is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm (until 4.00 pm) and on the day of departure until 10.00 am.
Bed linen and towels can be rented. The final cleaning and the house service you pay locally with 65 euros.

Es war ein toller Jahreswechsel. Die Ferienwohnung hatte maßgeblichen Anteil. Sauber, mollig warm, stilvoll eigerichtet, Besser- geht nicht. Super Service, gute Kommunikation, vielen Dank ! Gern wieder!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten zwar kein WLAN und der Reinigungstrupp müsste vielleicht besser kontrolliert werden damit unser Vierbeiner nicht die Kekse vom Vorbesucher unter den Möbeln hervor holen kann, aber ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden. Die

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Leider waren angebrochene Packungen von Lebensmitteln (u. a. Datteln) in den Schränken. Die Terrasse hätte vorher gefegt werden können. Es lagen Zigarettenkippen herum. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön.

Die Unterkunft ist mit Hund perfekt, da es eine großzügige Terrasse gibt und direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Park ist. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen und keine Spülmaschine auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Die Lage zur City und zum Strand ist perfekt. Der Edeka direkt nebenan erleichtert das einkaufen enormman braucht praktisch kein Auto mehr wenn man einmal angekommen ist

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr sehr gut mitten im Zentrum von Zinnowitz und nicht weit bis zur Seebrücke und Strand. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Edeka und ein Bäcker👍 Und der Hausverwalter Herr Krebs (Uli 🍺) Ist sehr nett und hat eine coole Art die begeistert. Also alles im allen super Tage in Zinnowitz verbracht

An sich eine gute Wohnung und für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Im Keller sind Waschmaschine und Trockner für alle Parteien vorhanden. ABER: Legt denn keiner mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit?! Auf den ersten Blick ist es sauber, auf den Zweiten leider nicht. Flecken an den meisten Wänden und den Decken, Sprinkelflecken an den weißen Vorhängen und im Bad sind auch einige offensichtliche Problemzonen, dafür ist die Lage echt spitze! Was in der heutigen Zeit auch echt überhaupt nicht geht, ist wenn das Wlan nicht funktioniert. Ich habe extra nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, die das anbietet. Balkonfliegengittertür wäre schön und ein funktionierender Lüfter im Bad wäre auch vorteilhaft gewesen.

Wir hatten ein schönes langes Hinmelfahrt-Wochenende zu dritt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Zinnowitz, keine 5 Min Fußweg bis zur Seebrücke. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und mit dem kleinen Garten nach hinten raus kann man sich seine eigene kleine Oase bauen.

Wir fanden die Wohnung in einem ordentlichen Zustand vor. Was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat den Vorteil das sie zentral liegt. Zum Bäcker und Edeka sind es nur wenige Schritte,zum Strand ca.500m. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Guten Tag. Es waren ein paar schöne Tage mitten in Zinnowitz. Leider war die Wohnung mit keinerlei Mückenschutz ausgestattet, was in unserer Reisezeit zu etlichen üblen Stichen führte. Die Anlieferung beim Discounter nebenan war früh morgens recht laut. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen: super Lage (ruhig), kurzer Weg zum Strand, Edeka und Bäckerei direkt nebenan. Wohnung hatte für uns die richtige Größe, prima Ausstattung. Erdgeschoß, hinten mit Terrasse. Sehr unkomplizierte und nette Abwicklung vor Ort. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr gut erholt!!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön! Tolle Lage und Wohnung ebenfalls sehr hübsch. Für zweit Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Einzige Kritik gilt dem WLAN. Und bei unserer Ankunft lag ein wenig Müll unterm Bett. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub!
