Idyllic vacation home for 8 people with terrace & fireplace

The modern, dog-friendly ground floor house with 125 m² of living space, terrace and large, completely fenced plot is located in Zirchow in a rural setting.

Built in 2017, the holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail and invites up to 8 people to spend their holidays there.

Three spacious bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one of which has an additional bunk bed. The house is ideal for families with children. The fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with all utensils and meets the highest standards. In the adjoining living room with fireplace and adjoining dining area for 8 people, floor-to-ceiling window elements provide plenty of light. You get to the large terrace with barbecue and garden. Two bright bathrooms furnished with modern floor-level showers leave nothing to be desired.

Two parking spaces are available on the property.

 The holiday complex at Schulstraße 4 in Zirchow is quiet, far away from the imperial baths, but well connected to the infrastructure of the road and cycle paths. The complex offers you two high-quality holiday cottages, with their sizes of 125 m2, each invite up to 8 people to spend their holidays there. The property is completely fenced, making the property a perfect holiday destination for travelers with pets. Stylish, modern decor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and terraces with barbecue area and seating are among the features of the two holiday homes. Two parking spaces are available directly at the houses.

The neighboring Korswandt and the Wolgastsee can be easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. To the imperial baths you drive approx. 10 minutes.

Zwei freistehende Häuser mit geteilter Zufahrt und jeweils eigenem, eingezäunten Garten. Die Häuser sind identisch, wir haben bereits beide Häuser bewohnen dürfen und waren mit beiden vollauf zufrieden. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei voll ausgestattete Bäder. Ein großer, offener Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine zur freien Nutzung. Die Lage ist, für uns, super: zehn Autominuten nach Ahlbeck, 15 Minuten nach Swinemünde, nah dran und dennoch ruhig außerhalb. Wir haben uns beide Male absolut wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv einen (und mehrere) Besuch(e) wert!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus! Sehr schön eingerichtet & auch geräumig für Rollstuhlfahrer. Ein sehr hundefreundlicher Garten, der groß ist & auch komplett eingezäunt. Wir werden das Haus auf alle Fälle nochmal buchen.
