Our house is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for optimal relaxation. In addition to a small front garden, there are 2 parking spaces. A spacious terrace is oriented to the south-east and offers space for hearty barbecues, but also morning sun for breakfast or brunch outdoors.
In the kitchen there are all important devices (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle); of course also enough dishes, cutlery, pots u. S. W. as well as glasses and place mats. Our "beach bar" connects the kitchen with the dining and living area. Here even a rocking chair invites you to relax. In the living room there is a flat screen with TV, DVD and stereo radio, as well as a leather sofa with a coffee table. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, dryer. On the upper floor there is a shower next to the toilet, sink and hairdryer. In two bedrooms there are 2 beds each, in the children's room there are even 3 beds. A staircase leads from a bedroom to the loft where three mattresses (of course with bedding) are available for a good night's sleep. Children like to conquer this private space.

Not Up to Standards Travellers are growing to expect
Spacious but not cozy. Basic dated holiday rental. No Wi-fi, bathrooms old fashioned with one cracked sink. Lacking in kitchen basics - only one tea towel, only one baking tray. Was advertised with towels. But NO towels were provided and had to purchased some at extra of our own. No washing up liquid provided, no small extras included so difficult for visitors flying in. No spare bed linen. Rear patio space (not a garden) was tiny and overlooked by the neighbours - no privacy. Poor communication with owners but lovely friendly elderly couple next door. Not good when you need to rush out to the shop for a tea towel!

Platz für alle in einem tollen Haus
Wir haben wundervolle Tage rund um Silvester 23/24 in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder plus Hund. Die offene Küche, der große Esstisch und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer- überall war genügend Platz für alle. 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Toilette waren ein Traum bei so vielen Leuten. Geschlafen haben wir auch super, genügend Räume für alle gab es und besonders ist der Schlafplatz direkt unter dem Dach. Vielen Dank an die tollen Vermieter, die auf jede Nachricht direkt reagiert haben und auch an die Nachbarn, die uns mehrfach mit großen und kleinen Dingen ausgeholfen haben!

Schönes Haus ,etwas sehr abseits.
Sehr netter, hilfsbereiten Empfang. Haus schön groß und alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen . Nächster Supermarkt in etwa 10 km . An sonsten im ort nur 1 Restaurant was Montags geschlossen hat . Komunikarion mit denVermietern sehr gut und freundlich. Leider hatten wir sehr Pech mit dem Wetter, sodass man das Haus außen nicht nutzen konnte .

Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, teilweise nur sehr abgewohnt und ohne Garten. Kleine Terrasse. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Lage ist super. Schöne Gegend und nur 5 min mit dem Auto nach Binz zum Strand.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Treppe in die obere Etage war für unsere Tiere zu Beginn eine echte Herausforderung und der alte Hund hat sich schnell gegen den „Aufstieg“ entschieden. Kater und Sohn hingegen waren absolut begeistert. Vor allem der ausgebaute Schlafboden kam bei beiden sehr gut an. Das Laminat in der oberen Etage ist recht laut, aber das stört auch nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Kurzurlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus, Umgebung, Aktivitäten im Umkreis sehr gut
Hallo, wir waren von Ostermontag bis Freitag auf der schönen Insel Rügen. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von der Familie im Nachbarhaus begrüßt, die uns auch den Schlüssel aushändigten. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Den Kindern hat es besonders gefallen auf dem Zwischenboden zu übernachten. Bei 5 Personen waren 2 Bäder sehr vorteilhaft, wobei das obere Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, vielleicht wird es ja noch saniert. Ansonsten haben wir die schöne Natur genossen, sind von Zirkow aus quer durch den Wald nach Binz gewandert und zurück, 12 Km insgesamt. Der Baumwipfelpad in Binz ist auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert, oben angekommen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Auch Prora ist ein Besuch wert, was dort alles modernisert wurde, toll. Sassnitz und eine Fahrt mit dem Schiff zum Kreidefelsen durfte auch nicht fehlen. Auch war Kap Arkona eine Reise wert. Es gibt jede Menge zu entdecken auf der schönen Insel, jedoch war die Zeit zu kurz. Aber wir kommen gern wieder.
