"The hotel was quaint but charming. Check in was quick, and receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was a large king but the bed was low on the floor unlike more modern style beds. But the mattress was comfortable enough. "

"Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good. You could walk into town or take the bus which stops in front of the hotel. Parking was free. Quite a few spaces but it does get full. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved being greeted on arrival by smiling staff who were happy to welcome us. Given we arrived before official check in time - we were cordially invited to have a complimentary drink, which we did enjoy sipping in comfortable chairs at their bar and breakfast room. Once we got our keys, the staff gave us complimentary ticketsto use as tourists around the city. Our room was well appointed including the stylish bed side tables, two seater sofa and very comfortable beds. The staff were happy to assist first time travellers to Innsbruck and answer any questions we threw at them. They gave us great restaurant recommendations within a few minutes of walking distance from the hotel. I loved being able to have drinks at the bar after 7.00 pm - once again the bar staff were attentive and happy to have a chat. The gin and tonic was perfect. I am looking forward to going back to Alstadthotel Weisses Kreuz and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "

"Imon at check in was wonderful. We ask his opinion on several options for dinner. He called a made a reservation for us. We were even afforded umbrellas since it was raining. Imon made our stay a little better. A wonderful employee!"

"This hotel was in a great spot close to the train station which is why I selected this property. Easy walk to old town area. Definitely would stay here again. Get a higher room floor for amazing view "
