"The property views are awesome however there are a lot of issues with this property. Access to the property is very difficult. It's very secluded and you absolutely need a vehicle to get there. Roads are steep and rocky. A couple of cabs stalled trying to get up there. There are no amenities in the property. Cannot cook meals. There was a small and old toaster oven that was filthy. "The house was lovely. In a quiet part of town, overlooking lake, outside the main hubbub but close enough to walk in. It catches the sun from about 8.30/9 and is sunny all day.
