The location near the train station was perfect train arrivals and also for the bus stop for the castle visits. "Parking was an additional cost and somewhat limited but secure. Did not have the breakfast. The attached restaurant was excellent. Note that the front desk closes at about 8 pm. The restaurant staff will help you until they close at 9 pm. Beds were comfortable. No room refrigerator. Very convenient location for walking the area "

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
