After some issues with rooms upon check in, the matter was finally resolved but did involve moving to different rooms than booked. Also a note for guests the kitchens in the suites are not equipped with any cookware, dishes or utensils despite having a hob and dishwasher which we found to be bizarre. On a positive note the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the restaurant caters for a range of dietary requirements.

Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.

Eleştirilerim olduğu halde fazla puan kırmadım, çünkü çözümlenebilir ya da görmezden gelinebilir ama neden mükemmel olmasın ki! Çalışanlar profesyonellikten uzaklaşabiliyor ama saygıda kusur etmiyorlar. Bu durum Anadolu’da karşımıza çıkan samimiyeti doğuruyor. Ama en büyük ayıp; menüde olmayan hamsi tava ve kızarmış balık tabaklarının patronlar masasına gitmesi. Biz de balık sipariş edebilir miyiz diye sorunca sadece patronlar için pişirildi cevabını dünyanın hiçbir ülkesinde göremezsiniz. Patronların canı balık çektiyse ya evlerinde yemeli ya da mutfağa en yakın masada oturup müşterilerin görmesi engellenmeli. Ayrıca özellikle yüzme havuzunun çocuklara kapatılması gerekir. Oyun parkına dönen havuzda yetişkinlerin yüzme imkanı kalmıyor. Sadece erkek ve çocuklardan dolu bir havuza girmek doğal olarak istemediğim için odama geri dönmek zorunda kaldım. Hele hele çocukları kameraya alan anneler varken bir kadın olarak poz vermek istemem. Halka açık bir halk plajı değil orası. Öncelik otel müşterilerinin olması gerekir ve çocuk parkına dönmesine izin verilmemeli. Açıldığı günden bu yana aile ocağı gibi gördüğüm bu otelden ricamdır. Bir kaç gün memleket hasreti, mezar ziyareti yapıp dönerken evimizde (Zonguldak Dedeman Oteli evimiz) rahat etmek, mahremiyetimize saygı duyulmasını beklemek en doğal hakkımız. Teşekkürler.
