After some issues with rooms upon check in, the matter was finally resolved but did involve moving to different rooms than booked. Also a note for guests the kitchens in the suites are not equipped with any cookware, dishes or utensils despite having a hob and dishwasher which we found to be bizarre. On a positive note the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the restaurant caters for a range of dietary requirements.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Personel samimi ve güler yüzlü. Deniz manzaralı oda mükemmel. Zonguldak'da konaklamak istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Biz Ramazan'da oradaydık, ve sahur icin kahvaltı verildi. Teşekkürler
