Payment et Security Deposit

Reservations can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Security Deposit (excluding Airbnb bookings)

A €2,000 security deposit will be requested before arrival via the secure Swikly platform.

Your card will not be charged.

Swikly replaces the traditional security deposit with a secure credit card pre-authorisation, allowing you to provide the required guarantee without any funds being debited.

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax will be added to the booking total in accordance with the rates set by the local municipality.

Linen et End-of-Stay Cleaning

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.

However, guests are kindly asked to leave the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness, with:

Refrigerator emptied
BBQ/plancha cleaned

This is simply out of respect for the property and future guests.
