A really nice rental property for our holiday

The owner's description and pictures of the house are trustworthy. The owner requires a separate contract, which is detailed and makes for a cumbersome process. There are no bed linen and towels in the rental, and the owner refers to a business that did not respond to our inquiries. In the personal contact, the owner was very friendly, accommodating and quickly resolved one of our queries. The house has plenty of space and a well-functioning air conditioning system. There is good furniture, good beds, a beautiful terrace and a fantastic view of the mountains. The plot is otherwise not for residence or use, except for the barbecue and clothesline. There is sufficient equipment for most people, but not much extra. Maybe missing some brochures with suggestions for experiences and information about local conditions and shopping opportunities. The house is located with good access to the area's many experiences and fantastic nature. There is about a 15-minute walk along the road to a very beautiful and child-friendly beach. Overall, a really nice place for our holiday.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, ruhig und fußläufig zum Strand

Durch zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer sowie geräumigen Wohnbereich, alles klimatisiert, hat man als vierköpfige Familie viel Platz. Toll ist auch die beschattete Terrasse, auf der man im Angesicht des beeindruckenden Bergpanoramas essen und relaxen kann. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und der tolle pinienbewaldete Strand ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die kleine Strandpromenade von Pinarellu hat viel Charme (Creperie!). Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Lediglich das Besteck könnte reichhaltiger sein, die Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten und vor allem sollte es eine Möglichkeit geben, Handtücher und Bettbezüge mit zu mieten. Der Vermieter war sehr genau, aber auch sehr sympathisch und entspannt.

Großzügiges Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wirklich großzügigen Haus. Es hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ kurz und angenehm durch einen Wald. Für uns war der Pinarello-Stand der schönste Strand in der Gegend, weil er natürlich ist, viel Schatten spendet und nicht überfüllt war. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Berge oder in den Süden (Bonifacio o.ä.). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Belle location: confort, calme et dépaysement au RDV

La maison est très agréable, tant par sa conception (une grande pièce commune regroupant cuisine et salon et 2 chambres spacieuses intégrant chacune sa salle de bains privative ; les pièces principales donnent sur une grande terrasse abritée donnant sur un jardin fleuri et une vue imprenable sur l’arrière-pays) ; son équipement (bien pensé, climatisation dans chacune des pièces, cuisine moderne, barbecue, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et de qualité) ; et sa situation géographique pour profiter du sud de la Corse (Porto Vecchio, la Citadelle de Bonifacio, les piscines naturelles de Cavu, …). L’emplacement est très calme. Cette maison est une invitation pour pratiquer à la fois randonnées et plage. Le village de Sainte Lucie propose commerces et services de proximité qualitatifs (dont maison médicale avec médecin sans RDV). De nombreuses belles plages sont à proximité dont la belle plage de Pinarellu à 10-15 minutes à pied de la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Les propriétaires sont agréables et à l’écoute. La location est très bien entretenue et très propre. La description de l’habitation est fidèle à la réalité. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien. Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances: sportives et reposantes. On reviendra avec plaisir dès que possible.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem größeren privaten Grundstück mit Tor. Der Fahrweg zum Haus ist nicht asphaltiert, was aber kein Problem dargestellt hat. Beim Check-in wurde ein Übergabeprotokoll nach Besichtigung angefertigt. Für unseren Geschmack verhältnismäßig aufwändig, aber so haben beide Seiten Sicherheit. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in Wohn-Ess-Bereich und den beiden Schlafzimmern funktionierten tadellos. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist alles da, was man so braucht. Das das Ferienhaus nur vermietet wird sind keine persönlichen Dinge vorhanden. Uns ist das lieber, macht es übersichtlicher. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereit gestellt werden können, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Dafür wird auf einen Wäscheservice verwiesen, der aber sehr teuer ist und uns auch zu umständlich war. Da wir von 2 Wochen nur 1 in diesem Haus waren, war es für uns umständlich (volles Auto) die Bettwäsche selbst mitzubringen. Die Kommunikation mit Pierre hat funktioniert. Nicht von den Regelungen im zusätzlichen Mietvertrag abschrecken lassen, das war alles leicht zu klären. Der Garten ist nur teilweise angelegt. D.h. es gibt viel ungenutzte Fläche. Ein paar mehr Pflanzen hätten wir schön gefunden, aber das ist sicher aufwändig aufgrund der Trockenheit. Es wäre sogar Platz für einen Pool :-) Wir hatten viel Spaß dabei die Tiere im Garten zu beobachten: pünktlich um 20:30 Uhr ist eine einsame Hornisse vorbei gebrummt, es gab verschiedene Geckos, viele Eidechsen und regelmäßige Besuche von Eichelhähern. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Zum Strand von Pinarellu läuft man ca. 15 min, leider entlang der Straße, es gibt aber einen Trampelpfad daneben. Wir sind immer gelaufen, waren da aber auch gefühlt die einzigen. Den Strand kannten wir von vorherigen Korsika-Besuchen. Er ist sehr schön, aufgrund des langen flachen Einstiegs sehr gut geeignet für Spiele im Wasser und für kleinere Kinder top. Wir finden außerdem gut, dass man nördlich von Porto-Vecchio liegt und damit verhältnismäßig schnell und ohne viel Verkehr in den Wandergebieten (inkl. Flusswanderungen, Canyoning, Gumpen etc.) im Bavella-Gebiet und außenherum ist. Fazit: Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend gehen, ist das Haus sicher eine bevorzugte Option!

Sehr ruhige Lage, strandnah

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Wohnung und Terrasse, gepflegtes Inventar, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Kurzer Weg zum schönen Sandstrand, fußläufig gut erreichbar. Supermärkte, Bäckerei, div. andere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!!

Calme, plage et grands espaces! Superbe séjour!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec des enfants en bas age, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est spacieuse, l'équipement est conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est resté à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'emplacement permet d'accéder très rapidement à la superbe plage de Pinarello. Le calme et les grands espaces nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

Belle villa conforme aux photos , cette villa a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes pour notre séjour en famille . Nous étions 5 adultes + 1 bébé .Nous avons apprécié tout autant l'agencement de cette villa avec terrasse couverte exposé ouest , son équipement et son environnement que l'accueil des propriétaires . Vraiment une bonne adresse..
