"The property itself is beautiful, but management and operations need significant improvement. Aside from the maintenance crew, most staff appeared inadequately trained in both hospitality and operational procedures."

"Lovely room and pool. Location is very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around the corner, as well as the beach. Room was spotless every day, fresh towels and sheets after each clean. Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. The only con to this hotel is the hair dryer. If you have thick, low-porosity hair, it will not work. I’d suggest bringing your own."

"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "

"My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood."

"Unique & absolutely beautiful room & property. In old town where everything is happening. Walk everywhere. Konstantinos was very helpful. The breakfast was great! Highly recommend."
