"Good location. 20 minute walk from City Center. Staff was very helpful with directions and advice. Breakfast was good. I don't mind a small room but these had virtually no shelf space or desk. And no refrigerator. If you know that going in, it's a great place to stay."

"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan about service that should be in place without complaints. I raised it today at check out again, yes, I got an apology but it’s just not good. We will not return!"

"This is a good budget hotel. It provides you with the bare necessities and the staff was pretty nice. They adhere to the 3pm check in. The one thing that I did not care for was smelling smoke in the hallway. With people smoking right at the front door, the smoke comes inside of the hotel. I forgot that some European budget hotels don’t have elevators. Not an issue but plan accordingly if you have large suitcases."

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay."
