"This is an ok hotel. The beds are comfortable, the shower good, everywhere is clean. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice addition, and you can really feel 'at one' with the forest.It was so very hot! I got the 3rd degree at check in becase I had travel visas from 5 years ago in my passport, which really ruined my experience. The food was awful. The restaurant closed before its advertised time, even though I had paid for dinner and availability had been checked in advance. There was nothing left at the buffet - not even bread. There was no a la carte option. Breakfast was much better, but all 3 coffee machines broke, the juice machine pumped water with a squirt of coloured luquid, and fruit was - in part - mouldy. Bread, cheese and tomatoes were good as were some very nice warm pastries. There were hot options, but I didn't try these. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not the best hotel I have stayed at."

"I booked it by Expedia with breakfast. Holdvirág did not recognize the breakfast. I called Expedia. Expedia have seen the breakfast as part of the booking, tried to help, but since they could not speak English in the hotel, Expedia simply paid back the hotel price to me, and I drove to Budapest without spending the night in this hotel."
