"Great service at this hotel with fantastic lakeside location. Room was ok. Lovely food but pricey. Aware of shared facilities before arrival but did not realise would be sharing one showet and toilet with multiple rooms/guests. These got wet and smelly. "

"Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
