"We loved everything about our stay, especially the sea views! The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. The only problem I encountered was getting to and from the ( excellent, heated) pool. The handle to get through the gate needs a lot of strenght to be pushed in, which I, and I assume, elderly people, don't have,! Otherwise, everything was brilliant - and we are planning to return."

"The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas."

Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). Area is good to stay to explore surrounding areas such as hendaye, sare, Biarritz, st jean and northern Spain."

"Positives: Location is good. The lady at reception was very nice. Negatives: no shower in the accommodation. A shower was listed in the Expedia room description & you would think this is a basic facility all accommodation would have but alas not here. The apartment was dark & grimy. The fridge had a foul fish odour which tainted our food & seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. "The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did. "

Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "
