"Lovely property in the Andalusian countryside. It is a really nice place to rest and relax in but is only a 20 minute drive to the shops and less than 2 hour drive to cities/sites in different directions- Seville, Malaga and the coast, Granada, and less than an hour to Cordoba. "We would highly recommend this villa, its beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The views looking up to the village are amazing. We spent a relaxing week here chilling by the pool. We also hired a car and drove down to the beach near Malaga recommend by our hosts. You would definitely need a car if you have mobility issues as the village has very steep roads to climb but worth the views. Thanks to Clay and Lesley our wonderful hosts."

"The property is located in a quite Spanish village. The owner was waiting for us upon arrival, they showed us the property and helped us with everything we need. The property can easily fit a large family comfortably. All the pictures are accurate and we found everything as expected and more. There was some locale product (wine, olive oil, jams..etc) in the kitchen that we can purchase. We loved the hospitality and definitely recommend this for anyone to book."

"My group of friends (16) stayed for a week 5th-12th August and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and it doesn't feel like you're on top of eachother. There is also plenty of shade by the pool so you can get out of the sun. We made use of the paella pan and BBQ and there was plenty of fridge space. I kept waiting to find a flaw with the house but it was brilliant. Andrès the host was very helpful, made sure we felt welcome and was understanding of the fact we didn't speak spanish...

"Very nice house, furnished to a high spec. with everything you need, beds extremely comfortable. Good wifi connection, nice pool - great views. Drivers be warned, this house is at the top of a very winding paved track (not a proper road) with a number of hairpin bends, and for the last few hundred metres the road is unpaved - you will need your rally driving skills and good tyres to grip the stones and rocks on the road. On more than one occasion we parked among the olive trees a few hundred...

"Great Villa, large and spacious. Very relaxing time spent here, 2 adults and two teenagers. Fantastic views of the mountains and the reservoir. Large pool, lots of areas for loungers. Town a short drive away. Beach on the reservoir very accessible and easy parking. Kayaks, Paddleboard, Pedalo's available plus swimming. Thoroughly recommend.."

"Unsere grundsätzlichen Erwartungen an das Haus wurden voll erfüllt und es hat schon eine ganz spezielle Atmosphäre. Leider war gerade in den Außenanlagen der rustikale Stil etwas zu stark ausgeprägt - die Gartenmöbel und Grill hätten ruhig aus dem Konzept ausbrechen können und etwas neuer/ praktikabler sein dürfen. In Summe hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Einsiedelei empfehlen."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay in this classic, towering, white-washed home, with a terraced aerie providing views toward the Sierras Subbéticas and private tiled courtyard hosting many of our meals. Hosts were extremely attentive, with Antonio providing helpful information and arranging a tour of the Cueva de los Murciélagos. We felt embedded within village life, watching solemn Semana Santa processions pass below our balcony."

"On arrival ther was nobody on site - no guests, no reception - had to ring number - no reservation. Man on reception checked and had received reservation and text us the way to let ourselves in. Other than that the place smelt of spices?? Due to being closed up. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Fantastic view over countryside. Beautiful infinity pool We had a great 2 nights. On each accession only 1 other guest so more or less the place to ourselves. Didn't want to leave"
