"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! "No info for check in provided before arrival whereas the reception was closed. For check out the reception lady was late. If you are allergic to acariens don't go there , seems the blanket and sofa are never cleaned. "

"The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did. "

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
