This property is conveniently located between Dubrovnik city and Dubrovnik airport. It has a private parking (free of charge), so you are free to rent-a-car and explore the wider region easily.

This sea view apartment is placed on the 2nd floor, with a 15m2 spacious balcony which is the best place to start your day having a cup of coffee and enjoying the stunning view to the sea, nearby islands and the Zupa bay.

The comfortable apartment has 2 double bedrooms, accommodating a total of 4 persons. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all what is needed to prepare a delicious meal (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher).
The living room is a relaxing place, where you can watch the SmartTv, or just rest after a long day at the beach.

Next door there is another apartment (same only with different furniture) in case you are considering a vacation with family or friends.

The beaches, bars and restaurants are located within walking distance (5-15 minutes) from the property. The whole coastal area of Croatia is descending to the sea, hence some stairs can rarely be avoided when returning from the beach.

There is a bakery 40m, a restaurant 20m, a small grocery store 30m, a bus stop 150m, and a shopping center with a supermarket 900m away from the house.

Since Dubrovnik city area is very busy during the summer months, Mlini and the Zupa bay are a perfect place for those who wish to avoid the crowds but still be able to easily reach the city within a short drive.

There are numerous beaches along the bay; pebble, concrete and rocks. On most beaches you will be able to rent a sun umbrella and sunbeds. The small and cozy restaurants invite you to taste a lovely meal while enjoying the views to the bay and sea.

Großzügige Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Haben uns mit Tomaten und Kräutern aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Dank dreier Klimaanlagen kann man trotz hoher Aussentemperaturen gut schlafen. Die nahe, stark befahrene Küstenstrasse hört man in der Wohnung mit geschlossenen Fenstern überhaupt nicht. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist der Verkehrslärm sehr gut zu ertragen. Die tolle Aussicht macht alles wett. Wir waren zu viert 18 Tage in Mlini, haben zweimal Dubrovnik besucht und waren einmal in Kotor. Mit einem gemieteten Boot waren wir einen Tag lang unterwegs und mit dem Jetski hatten wir großen Spass. Es gibt mehrere, sehr saubere Strände mit klarem Wasser. Fleischesser kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Fisch ist dagegen nicht so reichlich vorhanden wie in anderen Mittelmeeranreinern. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Einfach schön! Ordentlich, alles schön sauber, schöne Wohnung mit gute Ausstattung. Und das beste der Meerblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in der Nähe (10-15 Min. zu Fuß). Und die Gastgeber - aller nettesten Leute! Sehr Hilfsbereit, Kinderfreundlich und Achtsam. Vielen lieben Dank für die Unterkunft und alles was Sie für uns gemacht haben! Clean Comfortable Apartment

The hosts were friendly, responsive and generous with their time. We found we had everything we needed for meals in, and the good restaurants in the vicinity. We lived on the balcony with its fantastic view. Our only concern was the wi-fi in this particular unit was not reliable, even though the speed elsewhere in the building was fast and the signal strong. So we were often found hanging off the building attempting to get a signal. So not a place to book if you need to be in touch with work. Otherwise, a wonderful vacation spot and strongly recommended.

We stayed in Maria's apartment for a week with 4 people. Everything was very nice. Maria and her parents are very kind and hospitable persons. The apartment is in good location not far from the bus station to Dubrovnik and about 5 minutes to the sea on foot. The sea view is amazing and balcony is perfect! It has a lot of space to have a lunch or sunbathe. Two bedrooms contains big beds, living room is fine to do anything and kitchen has everything what you might need. We recommend this property with no hesitation and hope to come back soon! Thank you Maria, Jelena & Ivo

Lovely hosts - great apartment

Warm welcome from Maria and her family. Everyone has been available and helpful when needed. Apartment was very clean. We had everything we need for 4 people. Wonderful view from the terrace. Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben uns sofort bei Maria willkommen gefühlt, als wir verspätet am Haus ankamen. Maria und ihre Familie leben im gleichen Haus und daher besteht immer die Möglichkeit sie oder ihre Eltern anzusprechen. Auf Deutsch, Englisch, Kroatisch oder auch Italienisch können jederzeit Fragen gestellt werden und man kann sicher sein, dass geholfen wird. Wir hatten vor allem mit Marias Eltern Kontakt und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war jederzeit sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Terasse hatte einen tollen Meerblick und man konnte dort essen, sich auf den Liegestühlen sonnen und mit anderen Urlaubern in Kontakt treten. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, da der Weg zum Strand kurz war und es eine direkte und günstige Busverbindung nach Dubrovnik gibt (tolle Stadt). Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Mlini

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Vermieter außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkomment. Wir haben noch nie eine so saubere Ferienwohnung wie diese vorgefunden.
