This tastefully furnished vacation home with a landscaped garden is located in the small village of Plat, about 15 minutes by car from the historic city of Dubrovnik. The vacation home is composed of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view, so barbecuing here is even more fun. The vacation property is ideal for larger families who want to explore hidden and picturesque beaches and enjoy walks by the sea during their vacation. The first beaches are about 15 minutes walk from the vacation property.

What a lovely holiday. The apartment was amazing, stunnjng views over the bay and out to sea, lovely little beach nearby ( although steep steps), really clean and tidy abd had everything we needed, great little pool to cool off in and a great bbq and patio area for evening dining. Theres a couple of great restaurants nearby and a brilliant bus service to both debrovnick and cavtat, we would recommend visiting Cavtat, such a lovely town. The host was so friendly and really helpful during our stay We had a really great holiday and hope to return sometime.

Wir haben mit diesem Ferienhaus genau das erhalten, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir wollten Privatsphäre, einen tollen Bereich zum draußen sitzen-grillen und einen Pool. Es hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab alles was man zum Grillen benötigt, sehr viele Gewürze und auch Duschgel und Shampoo, sogar Sonnencreme und Aftersun. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem, die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Im Punkto Sauberkeit war auch alles perfekt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und auch im Haus war alles super bei unserer Ankunft. Die Gastgeber wohnen über der Ferienwohnung und sind jederzeit erreichbar und helfen freundlich bei allen Anliegen. Wir haben sehr hilfreiche Tipps erhalten bzgl. Restaurants, Bars, Strand usw. Die Gastgeber haben sich auch durch unser lautes Singen nicht gestört gefühlt, was uns sehr gefreut hat.Alles in allem könnten wir nicht zufriedener sein und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

L annonce indique des places de parking dans l enceinte de la villa alors que les places se trouvent de l autre côté d une nationale très fréquentée. Il faut également faire un grand détour du parking pour arriver à la maison. Avec deux enfants ce n' était vraiment pas pratique et très dangereux. Lannonce ne précise pas non plus

La maison est bien située, entre Dubrovnik et Cavtat. La maison correspond au descriptif, elle très propre et les propriétaires sont très sympathique. Le seul inconvenant est, comme décrit dans d'autres commentaires, la route en contrebas qui est relativement bruyante et qui n'est pas toujours évidente à traverser, mais après 19H ça redevient calme jusqu'au matin. Nous avons passé une belle semaine sur ce lieu.

Wir hatten unglaubliche 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Wir waren begeistert von dem Pool und den nur 10 Minuten entfernten Strand. Es war alles in dem ort was man benötigte. 2 min zum einkaufen und mehrere Restaurants. In nur 15 min befindet sich die unglaublich sschöne Stadt Dubrovnik. Die Menschen waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
