Villa Azur is nestled in the picturesque village of Mlini, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from every corner of the property, surrounded by pristine natural beauty. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beaches and only 5 minutes from local bakeries and shops.

We provide three fully equipped apartments spread across two floors (ground and first), accessible via external stairs, and comfortably accommodating 8 guests. The villa spans 150m² and includes:

-A spacious balcony on the first floor with magnificent sea views
The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor features a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 guests, complete with a bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. The fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the apartment.
Outdoor amenities include:
-A barbecue area with shade
-A dining area for 8 guests and a lounge area for 5 guests, both covered and outdoors
-A private pool (6x4m), solar shower, and deck chairs.

First Floor:
The first floor includes two separate apartments with the total number of rooms listed below:

-An outside balcony with stunning sea and village views.

Parking:
The property offers private parking with space for 2 cars.

Top Floor:
The top floor is reserved for the host's occasional stay and housekeeping. However, it’s important to note that Villa Azur guarantees complete privacy for all guests. The entire villa, including the pool area, is exclusively accessible to one group of guests at a time, ensuring a peaceful and intimate experience.
