The apartment was quite spacious and luminous. Everything was pretty clean and the location was good (about 2 km away from downtown). All good, I'd come back.

Room mostly clean apart from a dusty wardrobe. Dirty and messy stairwell with things all over the place. A dog was barking all night outside an apartment and nobody seemed to do something about it. Good enough with earplugs for a night considering location and price.

I arrived and was able to retrieve the key before the cleaning staff was able to clean the room, but they were very nice about it and prioritized it so it would be clean when I got back. Unfortunately, the prior visitor had smoked in the room (a pile of ashes on the floor when I arrived confirmed that's where it came from), so it smelled like smoke even after airing it out. The bed sagged on one side and the pillow was very lumpy. The shower was hot and powerful, though a bit short for me so I had to use the showerhead hand held. There was no soap at all in the entire apartment, which was quite inconvenient especially for handsoap and dishes. Some of the dishes had bits of food stuck on or were wet when put away, so I had to wash again before using them. The location was good and felt very secure. It was in general a quiet place, no loud music or anything like that, but the noises in the stairwell echoed very, very loudly.

The property is a 10min drive from the lake area. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO MY ENEMY. It has a tv with no remote. It has a clean bathroom but no toilet paper. The furnishing is atrocious with rips and tears. One of the windows didn’t have a curtain. The bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen area hadn’t been cleaned and had the previous guests empty alcohol bottles. There was an ironing board but no iron. The kitchen had no kettle. The key got jammed in the door which meant we were stuck inside and after multiple calls to the property owner who said he couldn’t guarantee when maintenance would arrive they showed up an hour later and removed the key. He also said the room shouldn’t have been let out. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

The cleaning woman opened our room at least 3 times without knocking and with us inside. She wasn't nice. The tub pipes and the sink pipes were plugged. The heater didn't worked either.

My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep.

- das Bett war eine Zumutung, wackelig, enorm laut - das Zimmer sehr klein - der Mülleimer von den Vorbenutzern noch randvoll Wer Geld sparen muss und wenig Ansprüche hat, kann hier günstig aber eben mit Abstrichen schlafen. Als Familie oder mit Kindern auf keinen Fall hierhin kommen!

Buen sitio

La habitación estaba limpia, al igual que del baño. Era básico, pero con un poco de esfuerzo, el alojamiento sería aún más cómodo. El único inconveniente fue la almohada, que habría necesitado una actualización. El lugar estaba cerca del centro y en un ambiente tranquilo.
