We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxie Zürich hotel. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice size and very clean. The decor is very eclectic. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a little outside the city limits however you can easily catch the tram, which is just the next block over. The Italian restaurant which is directly across the street from the hotel was excellent.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Please note if you are from the uk, there are No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which might not seem to be an issue for many, but we felt it lost a star based on this and the fact that there was an issue with our shower drainage as it took a while for the water to go down. The hotel is next to a tramline but if that's not your thing then im afraid walking is impossible due to the distance. Overall pleased with our stay and would have given full stars if it wasn't for the above.

I stayed in an adjoining room in the hotel for 4 nights with family. The hotel was clean and the hot & cold provisions for breakfast were sufficient. There is a tram stop a few feet outside the hotel, which made movement within the city very easy. The staff was excellent, with a special mention going to Alejandro Serrano who was super helpful to me and my family from the time I made my booking, during the stay and during the check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was awesome, it's a great location. However, there is no AC and no fan in the rooms and it was VERY hot. Also, the breakfast buffet was 25 CHF per person and it wasn't really worth it.

The hotel is very accessible with tram transport and the closeness to the city centre.However there is one particular girl staff who seemed to know only one answer which is either not available or no I cannot help. She does not have the initiative to help. Shame because I loved to stay at Moxy wherever country I go to. But Jose was just helpful and lovely to speak to.

The staff at reception and the bar were excellent - very professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was seriously disappointing and I would not pre-pay for it again. We were there for 4 breakfasts and mostly there 30 to 60 mins before the closing of the service, but we felt there was mainly scraps left to pick over. On Saturday 18 April, the food that should be hot was cold (because 2 of the "hot plates" were switched off) there weren't any eggs, beans, bread for toast or pancakes, all of the marmalade and jam jars were vitually empty. When I complained to the breakfast lady, her answer was that she was working alone (implying she was doing her best in a difficult situation). She then brought out some fried eggs from the back which had been cooked in advance and were also cold (and didn't switch on the hot plate, but it was too late anyway).
