The apartment was fine. The check in time was very strict. You can't get in before 3 PM. Also, just a few hours before checking in, they sent a form to complete for passport details which was stressful. I would have appreciated an advance heads-up to submit any documents.

Der Kundenservice geht gar nicht auf Anmerkungen oder Wünsche ein. Das Zimmer war wirklich abgenutzt und auch nicht wirklich sauber (Oberflächen sichtlich schmutzig, Staub in den Ecken oder um das Bettgestell). Auf den Hinweis, dass eine Steckdose und auch eine Lampe nicht funktionieren und auch das Licht im Bad flackert, kam jemand vorbei und hat nur die Lampe repariert. Das Licht im Bad hat weiterhin geflackert. Auf die Bitte einen neuen Matrazenbezug zu bekommen, da sichtbarer Schmutz auf dem Bezug war (wurde direkt gemeldet als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind) wurde gar nicht eingefahren bzw. ignoriert. Auf den Hinweis, dass Dinge aus der Inventarliste wie bspw. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen fehlen, wurde ebenfalls nicht eingegangen.

I got scammed via WhatsApp because they got hacked and someone reached out on WhatsApp regarding my reservation with the exact dates and details, etc… in result I lost money. Regarding the room: Great location BUT the room was smelly (mainly cigarette smoke) the equipments weren’t working (the hairdryer and the oven). The room is way smaller than it looks in pictures. Check in is strictly at 3:00! No customer service to talk to.

Apartment itself was basic and met all needs but it’s the company themselves I take issue with. Contacted on two separate occasions from scammers claiming to be visionapartments. Please be vigilant when communicating with this company. Also beware of fraudulent charges post your stay. We checked out at 10:00 and by 13:30 had an email stating towels and bath mat had stains that could not be removed

Clean, modern, good wifi, great location. The kitchen amenities a plus although we did not use it. There is no front desk on site but there is enough bathroom supplies for about 5 days. Cleaning is done only every 7 days. The only potential problem is if a problem arise such as a plumbing or room temperature issue I am not sure how it can be addressed timely. Double bed is not very comfortable for a couple. Overall this property is great and may consider staying again.

A hospedagem deixou bastante a desejar. A roupa de cama era de baixa qualidade e os travesseiros eram muito ruins, o que prejudicou o conforto. O espaço também precisava de manutenção: cortinas rasgadas e piso sujo, além da falta total de limpeza nos quartos durante a estadia. Outro ponto negativo é que, ao reservar, filtramos como hotel, mas era na verdade um Airbnb, informação que não ficou clara no anúncio. Ponto positivo: a localização é muito boa e o check-in foi simples e prático. Infelizmente, a experiência geral não foi positiva.

Terrible. Don’t go there. The first night we arrived we shut the door to our room and a beeping noise began. They did nothing about it till the third day where they offered a different room and the beeping continued. It ruined our sleep and we had to go somewhere else to get some sleep. Unsafe area with people yelling and throwing bottles overnight. Completely terrible management. No cleaning or new towels in 10 days. Pics look so good but dirty and run down.
