Bei der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel zum 01.09.2014 schließt. Schimmel im Bad, Staub auf Bettkante, Tischen und TV, Haare auf dem Waschbecken und ein Zimmermädchen, dass uns 'vergessen' hat, sodass wir am letzten Tag nicht einmal Handtücher hatten. Auf das Wohl der Geste wurde (viell wegen der Schließung?) absolut gar kein Wert gelegt. Bei der Buchung erhielten wir nicht einmal die Info, dass das Hotel schließt. Diese Info wäre für uns relevant gewesen, da unser Flug erst um 19:55 Uhr ging und wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir die Koffer im gepäckraum im Hotel lassen können. Auf einem Info Blatt des Hotels stand, dass der Checkout bis 12:00 Uhr erfolgen soll. Wir wurden morgens von einem Anruf überrascht. Wir sollten nun schon um 10:00 Uhr auschecken. So 'spontan' ist das natürlich schwierig. Zumal wir noch duschen wollten und gewissenhaft packen wollten. Insgesamt absolut ungenügend - schade und absolut inakzeptabel.

Renaissance Hotel is a great place to stay

The room was the best we had in Europe and the staff was wonderful in helping with any questions. The service was excellent, with chocolates every afternoon and any extra towels/lotion/pillows/shampoo that we needed. The breakfast was also the best we had in all of Europe, the variety was good the staff was attentive and there was even sparking wine to enjoy with your meal .

l'excellente proximité à l’aéroport de Zurich.....

en arrivant le personnel de la réception m'a donné de mauvaise information sur la durée de trajet de Zurich à Andermatt; 8 heures et en suite corrigé à 2 heures. C'est frustrant qu'on arrive et on est fatigué d'avoir de la mauvaise information. A part de cela, tout était bien. L'amabilité du personnel du bar mais la sélection de vins n'était pas terrible et beaucoup de produits dans la carte n'était pas disponible. Je suggère le vin rouge suisse Sirah de Sion. la chambre était très propre, mais le robinet dans la douche était trop en bas quand c'est plus simple de l'avoir au milieu.

Hotel to isolated

Hotel building is nice, but there is not much nearby to do. Tried to purchase a train ticket to Zurich, but you just about need a degree how to buy a train ticket, even the locals and I do speak Swiss, comment, we stay away from these ticket counters. The staff at the check in counters are like robots

La limpieza de la habitacion consistio en cambiar las toallas y subir las sábanas de la cama..el hotel a pesar de sus 5 estrellas con el peor servicio de limpieza que yo haiga visto. Al llegar el descodificador de la tarjeta de la puerta de la habitacion no funcionaba la solución del personal de recepcion fue esperar al dia siguiente.

Dyr by, greit alternativ

Var en overnatting på hotellet i juli 2014 og ønsket å bruke ettermiddagen + kvelden på å se Zürich sentrum. Hotellet ligger ca 25 minutter med t-bane fra sentrum av Zürich, med avganger ca hvert kvarter fram til midnatt. Ikke veldig sentralt , men helt ok. God standard på rom. Bra renhold. Frokost ikke inkludert. Pris for frokost ganske dyr. Hotels.com sine nettsider sier at parkering er gratis, men ved utsjekking krevde likevel resepsjonisten at det kostet 16 CHF å parkere i hotellets garasje. Gjorde oppmerksom på hotels.com sin informasjon, og kostnaden ble umiddelbart fjernet . Gratis wifi kun i fellesområdet på hotellet.

Une excellente solution pour un court séjour

Excellent rapport qualité prix aux conditions financières proposées par Expedia, compte tenu du niveau général des prix en Suisse; toutefois, le prix du petit déjeuner demeure dissuasif et nous sommes restés dans la chambre dotée d'une bouilloire et d'un mini-bar d'assez bonne taille Une chambre pour 3 adultes avait été réservée; toutefois le document fourni par Expedia mentionnait seulement "un très grand lit"; c'est d'ailleurs ce que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée; après un bref échange la percsonne chargée de la réception a accepté de ne pas facturer le lit d'appoint. Les services de l'hôtel sont de très bonnes qualité et avons trouvé le personnel très aimable. L'hôtel est éloigné du centre, mais le tram permet de s'y rendre facilement; des tickets sont vendus à l'hôtel ce qui est très appréciable

Close to tram line to city central

Nice hotel and room is large. Very comfortable and clean. Although the hotel is not in the city central, the tram line outside the hotel is very convenient. Catch the no. 10 or 11 to and from Zurich main train station. It's very close to the international airport as well. Catch the no. 10 or 12 tram to airport only takes 10mins.

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht - vor unserem Abflug gebucht. Es war ok. Personal war ein wenig umständlich - obwohl wir für 3 Personen reserviert hatten, war das dritte Bett nicht bereit. Aber es war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Was und auch verwundert hat, war die Gebühr für den Transport an den Flughafen. Wir sind der Meinung diese Dienstleistung sollte gratis sein.

Mycket bra hotell

Mycket bra hotell med supertrevlig personal. Vår lilla dotter på 16 månader var varmt välkommen överallt och de hade barnstolar i restaurangerna. De hämtade även en åt henne då vi satt i baren. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför centrum mot flygplatsen vilket var skönt. Spårvagn går ofta i båda riktningar, till centrum behövde vi inte vänta många minuter. Vi är väldigt nöjda.

おすすめできます。

ホテルの立地はよくないが、ホテルそのものは良いです。部屋も清潔で広く、Wifiも無料で使用可能です。空港～ホテルのシャトルバスが有料なのが残念です。
