Nie wieder!

Ich habe diese Wohnung über FeWo-direkt gebucht. Angaben zum Gastgeber habe ich nie erhalten. Als ich zum genannten Anreisetermin erschien und dort eine Stunde gewartet habe, war immer noch kein Gastgeber vor Ort. Also musste ich ohne Unterkunft wieder abreisen!Nie wieder Buchung über FeWo-direkt!

Vermieter war nicht erreichbar wegen Check in.

Da wir weder eine Info bekamen ob man zur genannten Check in Zeit da ist, oder ob es einen Schlüsselcode gibt oder andere Möglichkeiten, mussten wir Fewo Direkt um die Stornierungen bitte, selbst das war sehr schwierig.Die Nummer war falsch, die Email wohl auch, denn es war niemand erreichbar.
