"We have family in Germany and the USA. We had time to take a little longer trip than usual, and wanted a place where the younger kids would have room to play indoors and outdoors. This property was perfect!The host and his family live nearby, which was very helpful since the property itself is located outside of town. They were able to quickly assist with any issues we had, although there weren't many. This home has four bedrooms and two full baths, a large open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, and living rooms. This is where we spent most of our time when preparing meals, sharing plans for the day, or watching something on TV. There is also an outstanding outdoor living space with dining and cooking amenities. We grilled out there one evening for the whole family, and it was terrific! The outdoor space is overlooked by the balcony from the dining/living area inside. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood loop, which is beautiful, and taking hikes in the forest.The kitchen was the best-equipped that I've experienced in a vacation rental, nothing to compare. Everything we wanted was there, along with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.Great baths, plenty of hot water, and the best towels I've used in a while. I now want to change the ones I've at home. Everything is well-provisioned.I plan to stay here again next time we're in the area!"

"Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them instead. We were really surprised at what all was included with the card and were wishing we had more time to make use of it. Definitely a bargain and we will be back! :-) Oh yeah, beautiful view as well! (We were on the 7th floor.)"
