The flat has all the bells and whistles and big boy toys.. Kayaks, a paddle board two adult bikes and two kids bikes all available for the your exclusive use.

The property comes with fast WIFI, USB chargers, wireless speakers, PS4, board games for kids, flat screen TV and Netflix

The space
Amazing views of the Marina and Sea and only steps away from the Beach. Set up for complete relaxation and self-catering.
Guest access
The Marina is all public access as well as the Beach. The flat itself has a 270-degree, wrap-around veranda that is 100 square meters and is equipped with sunbeds, dining facilities, Bar B Que, and an outdoor shower.
Other things to note
There is a 22-page comprehensive guidebook in the flat detailing many things to do, places to visit, and restaurants we recommend. NEW outdoor Pizza Oven! We now offer 2 kayaks and a paddle board for the guest's exclusive use. There are 2 Adult Bikes and 2 brand new (2023) Kid's bikes. Various beach "toys" are also available onsite all for the guest's exclusive use. My wife Tanya and I have lived in Cyprus for over 20 years and as such can answer any question you have and can assist you with any of your needs. Tanya is always happy to share her knowledge of all of Limassol's best places to shop and we can direct you to all of the best places to eat!
