Despite that this is an older motel, the room was huge, had a patio with a great view, and the beds were comfy. There is ample parking and there is a restaurant across the way. Nice and quiet at night. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room had a lovely view. However, the building has fallen into serious disrepair. The staff was friendly and they had a lovely dog. There is an excellent diner across the street.

As of our stay in August 2026. The state of the rooms did not look like the photos on Expedia. I uploaded photos of the two rooms we kept. I booked two double queen rooms. Both had a musky smell, but one of the rooms was significantly worse. We asked the check-in staff to change that room. The replacement room was musky, much like the one we kept. The three rooms we saw had not been updated in a very long time. It wasn't the age of the decor so much, but rather that everything looked and felt run down. The bathtubs had chips with repairs, the tile grout appeared dirty and was partially filled with some other material that wasn't grout. The shower heads sprayed water askew as some of the holes were plugged. The toilet seat in one of the two bathrooms was broken and slid around as you sat on it. All six beds' mattresses were old, worn, and sagged heavily in the centre. One of the mattresses was torn. The AC units in both rooms were small, noisy, window units. I believe them to be undersized for the rooms as the rooms never got cool, even after running all night. The two staff were friendly though. When I pointed out that one of the rooms smoke detectors had been removed, as the base for it still remained, the staff did get one and install it within a few minutes. I was not expecting anything fancy, but I was still quite upset that the rooms were dark, smelly, and made me feel unclean in them. I would not stay here again.

This is an older place but it had everything I needed - keep in mind, i was tent camping so I didn't use the RV hookups. I arrived afterhours but was able to call and get assistance almost immediately. Beautiful place overlooking the golf course and a lake. The lake has a trail that will take you to the 108 Mile Heritage Site - which was very interesting. Also there is a coffe shop right next to the Heritage Site. I would camp here again even though few amenities for tent campers, but the view is amazing!

We had a reservation for July 25th, We arrived after driving through unbelievable wildfire smoke and pouring rain and ash, prior to 5 pm. The lobby was dark and locked up tight. There was a number posted to call for help. I have a record of six calls made to that number. It was finally answered and the woman who answered said she had left work because of a headache from the smoke. She insisted had I called the number right away she would have come back, I told her I had called several times and left a voice mail that she might want to check. I also tried the main hotel number 4 times, and straight to voice mail. By this point we had left the property, stranded with no place to stay for many miles because the hotels are filled with wildfire workers. There was literally no staff on the property anywhere. I know this, because I walked in the pouring rain for 30 minutes looking. I can appreciate she wasn’t well, but to ignore the calls of a desperate person was unacceptable. I told her we had moved on and I would like to ensure we would not be charged, She told me the system had been down all day and she could not charge me anyhow. There was also another fellow locked out of his room who could not get another key. One other thing to note; The Eatery restaurant advertised, is not on property.

This was a last minute booking and we were able to get the last available room with our dog. It sounds like the hotel is updating many rooms but we were in an outdated, older one. This was understandable as we had our dog and were grateful they accepted us. The room was cleaned however showed its age with a stained sink and toilet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband hit some balls at the driving range and was impressed with the course and the views. If you stay here, perhaps request a newer room.

The hotel staff are friendly and the view from the balcony is very nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. In general the room was clean but the towels and duvet cover had stains. Despite 'resort' being in the name, you should expect more of a motel experience. This being said, it still seems like one of the best options in the area, and I have heard some of the rooms are being renovated, so perhaps in a few years it will improve. Double check they are charging you the amount shown on your Expedia receipt, at first they tried to charge me a different rate but immediately switched to the Expedia price when I mentioned the discrepancy.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).
