"Arrived to find out due to a water issue we were staying in the St Angles Hotel a couple of hundred metres away, which was in fact a lovely upgrade. Very helpful friendly staff breakfast had more cake than Bakeoff 😊 gelato shop 30 yds from the room which we tried and failed to work out way through. Two Metromare stops less than five mins walk. "Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay"
