"We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this apartment. The space was nice, beautiful, and well-maintained. The caretakers were exceptionally friendly (Richard & John) and maintained regular communication throughout our stay, ensuring everything was smooth. The appartment had a reliable wifi which was a great convenience. During a general lights-out, the apartment's standby generator provided uninterrupted power, which was a great relief. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience....

"I arrived at the property and was told there was no rooms available. The reception staff explained that it must be problem with hotels.com and that they have sold all of the rooms. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking. It was already late in the evening and I had to drive from one hotel to another to find somewhere to stay. "

"I booked this online, I arrived about 7pm , only to see the place locked up. I called the contact and I was Informed to my surprise that they were not expecting me. I inform the gentleman on phone that I booked through Expedia and I have made full payments for 3 nights. They gentleman informed me they are not aware of my booking and that they have fully booked the place for some people but since they are coming in the following day, I can sleep for the night but I had to check out in the morning...
